At Colectivo Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on nonperishable merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Review Policy
Ensure your item is eligible for return; please note that roasted coffee beans and perishable food items cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
Pack Your Item
Securely package the unused merchandise in its original packaging, including all tags and a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
